Edison High school
Lazor Office teamed up the AWH architects to design a new concession stand and greenhouse for Edison High School in Northeast Minneapolis. The prefabricated module works with the site-built greenhouse and solar canopy to elevate and glorify the green interventions brought to the site. Rainwater is collected from the canopy above and kept on-site, utilized to water the attached greenhouse and nearby athletic fields. Irrigation pumps and mechanical equipment are displayed as works of art rather than hid from the public's eye.
